How to delete your account and data (English)

From inside the app: sign in, open More → Account, tap Delete account and confirm. The request is applied immediately and every device is signed out.

By email: if you cannot reach the app, write to privacy@usemarsal.cloud from the address registered on the account, with the subject Account deletion request. We reply within 7 business days and may ask you to confirm ownership of the account first.

Deleted with the account: your personal profile (name, email, phone number), your login and push notification tokens, and your membership and permissions in the workspace.

Kept after deletion: Marsal is a team platform, so a workspace's customer conversations, templates and campaigns stay with the business account. If you own the workspace and want the whole workspace erased, say so in your message. Billing records are kept for the period tax and accounting law requires, and security logs (such as sign-in attempts) for at most 12 months, then deleted.

Timeline: account level deletion is immediate; erasure from backups completes within 30 days at most.

Subscriptions: deleting the account does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel renewal from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings before deleting.

الصفحة دي بتوضّح إزاي تطلب حذف حسابك في مرسال كلاود (usemarsal.cloud، وتطبيق Marsal Cloud على الموبايل، وتطبيق Marsal SMS Gateway)، وإيه البيانات اللي بتتمسح وإيه اللي بيفضل ولمدة قد إيه. المطوّر المسؤول عن التطبيقات دي هو Eslam Elfeky — Younex Solutions.

1. الحذف من داخل التطبيق

أسرع طريقة، ومتاحة في تطبيق الموبايل على iOS وأندرويد:

افتح التطبيق وسجّل الدخول بحسابك.
روح لتبويب المزيد ← الحساب.
اضغط حذف الحساب وأكّد الطلب.

الطلب بيتنفّذ فوراً، وجلسة الدخول بتتقفل على كل الأجهزة. نفس الحساب هو اللي بيتسجّل بيه الدخول في تطبيق Marsal SMS Gateway، وحذفه بيوقف وصول التطبيق ده كمان.

2. الحذف بالمراسلة

لو مش قادر توصل للتطبيق، ابعت طلب من نفس الإيميل المسجّل بالحساب على privacy@usemarsal.cloud واكتب في العنوان «طلب حذف حساب». بنرد خلال 7 أيام عمل، وممكن نطلب تأكيد ملكية الحساب قبل التنفيذ.

3. البيانات اللي بتتحذف

بيانات حسابك الشخصية: الاسم والإيميل ورقم الموبايل.
توكنات الدخول وتوكنات الإشعارات المرتبطة بأجهزتك.
صلاحياتك وارتباطك بمساحة العمل.

4. البيانات اللي ممكن تفضل

مرسال منصة فرق عمل، ومساحة العمل بتخص النشاط التجاري مش الفرد. عشان كده:

محادثات العملاء والقوالب والحملات بتفضل ملك مساحة العمل حتى بعد حذف حسابك الشخصي، لأنها سجلات النشاط التجاري ولازم يفضل معاه وصول ليها. لو انت مالك مساحة العمل وعايز تمسحها كلها ببياناتها، اطلب ده صراحةً في رسالتك.
سجلات الفوترة والفواتير بتتحفظ للمدة اللي بيفرضها القانون المحاسبي والضريبي.
سجلات الأمان (زي محاولات الدخول) بتتحفظ لمدة أقصاها 12 شهر لأغراض الحماية ومنع الاحتيال، وبعدها بتتمسح.

5. مدة التنفيذ

الحذف من داخل التطبيق بيتنفّذ فوراً على مستوى الحساب، والمسح النهائي من النسخ الاحتياطية بيكتمل خلال 30 يوم كحد أقصى.

6. الاشتراكات

حذف الحساب مابيلغيش اشتراك مدفوع لوحده. لو مشترك عن طريق App Store أو Google Play، الغِ التجديد من إعدادات الاشتراكات في جهازك قبل الحذف.
